We carefully prepare every elyyvera order before shipping. Most ready-to-ship items are processed within 7-15 business days. Custom orders may require additional production time, which will be confirmed by email.

Shipping Time

Shipping time depends on your destination and selected shipping method. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped.

International Shipping

We ship to selected international destinations. Customs duties, taxes, or import fees may be charged by your local customs office and are the responsibility of the customer.

Incorrect Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages delayed, returned, or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is delayed, please contact us and we will help you check the tracking information. Once a package has been handed to the carrier, delivery timing is controlled by the shipping provider.
